Mental Health Programs

At Completely KIDS, we believe that mental health is essential to a child’s success and a family’s well-being. Our team of five full-time, licensed therapists provides compassionate, evidence-based counseling and support for children, teens, adults, and families enrolled in Completely KIDS programs. Bilingual services are available to help ensure families can receive care in the language they are most comfortable using.

Whether navigating everyday stress, anxiety, behavioral challenges, trauma, or major life transitions, we help individuals build resilience, strengthen relationships, develop healthy coping skills, and improve overall emotional well-being. By supporting the whole family, we’re helping create healthier, stronger communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Seeking mental health services? Mental health services are available to children and families currently enrolled in Completely KIDS programs. Our licensed therapists provide individual and group counseling tailored to each participant’s unique needs. Bilingual counseling is available. Services are designed to improve emotional regulation, strengthen relationships, build confidence, and develop practical strategies for managing life’s challenges in a safe, supportive environment.

Our therapists create curriculum that is engaging, age-appropriate activities that strengthen social-emotional skills, build resilience, and teach healthy coping strategies. Through interactive, developmentally appropriate experiences, participants gain practical tools they can use at home, in school, and in everyday life. Programs include LEGO®-based Brick by Brick and other evidence-based therapeutic activities.

Camp Hero is a specialized summer program designed for children on the autism spectrum and those experiencing ADHD or anxiety. Through small staff-to-child ratios, structured routines, therapeutic activities, and individualized support, participants build confidence, strengthen social skills, and enjoy a fun, supportive summer experience.

Our yoga and mindfulness programming helps participants reduce stress, improve emotional regulation, increase self-awareness, and develop lifelong self-care practices that support positive mental health and overall well-being.

Located at our CK26 headquarters, the Calming Room provides a quiet, sensory-friendly space where children can regulate emotions, reduce stress, and practice mindfulness using calming tools, sensory resources, and self-regulation strategies in a supportive environment.
