The Third Circle Launch Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Central Daylight Time (CDT) on August 31, 2026, and ends at 11:59 p.m. CDT on September 15, 2026 (“Promotion Period”).
NO PURCHASE OR DONATION NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A DONATION WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING. No purchase, payment, or donation of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Sweepstakes. Making a donation will not increase your chances of winning. All entries, whether received through a donation-based entry or the free method of entry described below, will be treated equally in the drawing and have the same chance of being selected as the winner.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Completely KIDS are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
HOW TO ENTER:
Automatic Entry for Third Circle Donors: Individuals who are active Third Circle monthly donors as of 12:00 a.m. CDT on August 31, 2026, will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Individuals who enroll as a new Third Circle monthly donor at any giving level during the Promotion Period will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Free Method of Entry (No Donation Required): Individuals who do not wish to make a donation may enter at no cost by either of the following methods:
1. By Email: Send an email to marketing@completelykids.org with the subject line “Third Circle Sweepstakes Entry” and include your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address; or
2. By Mail: Hand-print your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address on a 3” x 5” card or piece of paper and mail it to: Third Circle Launch Sweepstakes, Completely KIDS, 2566 St. Mary’s Avenue, Omaha, NE 68105. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by September 15, 2026, and received by September 22, 2026.
The free method of entry is available at no cost to the entrant other than the cost of postage for a first-class letter weighing one ounce or less (for mail entries) or the use of the entrant’s existing email and internet service (for email entries). No fee or payment is required.
Limit one (1) entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
DRAWING AND ODDS: One (1) winner will be selected by random drawing on or about September 23, 2026, from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The random drawing will be conducted by a representative of Completely KIDS using a random number generator or equivalent method that provides each eligible entry an equal chance of being selected.
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received and are not determinable in advance.
PRIZES: The winner may choose one (1) of the following prizes:
· Four (4) tickets to the 2027 Stronger Together Luncheon (Approximate Retail Value: $300)
· Two (2) Saturday Grand Tasting tickets to vinNEBRASKA 2027 (Approximate Retail Value: $350)
· Two (2) tickets to Pinot, Pigs & Pours 2027 (Approximate Retail Value: $300)
The prize includes only the tickets described above. Transportation, parking, lodging, meals, gratuities, and any other expenses not expressly stated are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes are non-transferable, may not be redeemed for cash, and may not be substituted except by Completely KIDS, which reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary. If a prize event is canceled, rescheduled to a date on which the winner is unable to attend, or otherwise becomes unavailable for reasons beyond the control of the Sponsor, Completely KIDS will substitute a prize of equal or greater approximate retail value at its sole discretion.
WINNER NOTIFICATION: The selected winner will be contacted by email and/or phone using the information provided through their donor record or free method of entry. The Sponsor will make at least two (2) attempts to contact the winner. If the selected winner cannot be reached within seven (7) calendar days of the first notification attempt, declines the prize, or is determined to be ineligible, Completely KIDS reserves the right to select an alternate winner by random drawing from the remaining eligible entries.
TAXES: Any federal, state, or local taxes associated with acceptance or use of a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Completely KIDS, which are final in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. Completely KIDS reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.
GOVERNING LAW: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to its conflicts of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Douglas County, Nebraska.
PRIVACY: Personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes (including name, mailing address, phone number, and email address) will be used for administering the Sweepstakes, contacting the winner, and fulfilling prizes. In addition, personal information collected may be used in connection with notifying and informing entrants about opportunities to donate to or engage with Completely KIDS in the future, including future events and fundraising opportunities. Such information will not be sold or rented to third parties. By entering, entrants consent to the collection and use of their personal information as described herein.
